Welcome to HiddenQuest AI. By purchasing, downloading, or utilizing our prompt blueprints, Story-Lock™ matrices, training materials, or software guides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Anubhav Shukla ("Vendor," "we," or "us").

1. Digital Products & Delivery

HiddenQuest AI produces digital prompt blueprints, character consistency matrices, and auto-build documentation designed for AI image generators (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.). All purchases are delivered digitally via email access links immediately following successful order verification through WarriorPlus.

2. License Grant & Permitted Commercial Uses

Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license under the following terms:

  • Print-on-Demand & Publishing Rights: You are granted full commercial rights to use our prompts to generate illustrations, assemble books, and sell finished physical or printable digital books (on Amazon KDP, Etsy, IngramSpark, Teachers Pay Teachers, Lulu, etc.) and retain 100% of your sales profits.
  • Agency & Client Rights (OTO 2 License): If you purchased OTO 2 (Empire Vault & Commercial Agency License), you may produce custom seek-and-find books, activity booklets, and marketing materials for third-party commercial clients, clinics, schools, and brands, charging client fees with zero royalties owed to us.

3. License Restrictions (Strictly Prohibited)

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION: You may NOT resell, sub-license, distribute for free, upload to public torrents, or bundle our raw prompt text files, master prompt spreadsheets, or Story-Lock™ formula guides as your own digital prompt product. The commercial license applies strictly to the end products (books, illustrations, merchandise) generated with the prompts, not the raw prompt assets themselves.

4. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We stand firmly behind the superior caliber of our prompt architecture. To provide total peace of mind, all purchases are protected by clear refund terms:

5. Intellectual Property

The proprietary prompt engineering, Story-Lock™ formatting formulas, auto-build guides, and training documentation provided within HiddenQuest AI are the intellectual property of Anubhav Shukla and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party AI Services

Our prompt vaults are engineered and tested for contemporary AI engines (including ChatGPT/DALL-E 3, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion). However, because third-party AI platforms continually update their algorithms and interfaces, we cannot guarantee identical outputs across every platform revision. In no event shall Anubhav Shukla or HiddenQuest AI be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of third-party software or publishing marketplaces.
